About Me
I am a Training and Development Specialist based in Bradenton, Florida, with a Master’s degree in Learning, Design, and Technology (Training and Development concentration) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. My work focuses on designing engaging, learner-centered training experiences that blend instructional design principles, multimedia development, and performance-focused outcomes.
My background spans higher education support, K–5 digital media instruction, and instructional design. I began my career as a Peer Writing Tutor at the University of Central Florida, where I supported learners across a wide range of academic and professional disciplines. I later transitioned into teaching Digital Media and Film, where I designed hands-on, project-based learning experiences that strengthened my focus on engagement, accessibility, and creative learning design.
Today, I apply this combined experience to develop interactive and effective training solutions that support real-world skill development and learner success.
